Sorry but if most of us can run the sim perfectly fine (after the hotfix) then something else is wrong. You dont loose 50% of performance just like that, something changed with the pc (installed gpu drivers, chipset driver, network driver, virusscanner, windows update, bad partition, bios settings, overclocked cpu/gpu etc. etc.)
