Nope, but seems to me their is a cpu limitation (airliners and animations are a big impact on cpu) That’s why you need to keep AI traffic (animals <<<) low. Have you checked that option in settings? It’s a new option and you have a problem since it’s added it seems.
I tested the Ai traffic setings a while back and on 10 of the slider I had I think 100 animated objects. KOS airport add-on had a huge problem with 1500 seagulls/flamingo’s being animated and dropped performance down 75%.
And lot’s of add-ons have a sim.cfg where the animations are over 1000meters, some have 3-5KM
Edit: I mention it because even if you have a 3090 there are settings that have a huge impact on performance on the cpu (which also affects the gpu obviously) Try to run without the community folder loaded and if possible the marketplace.
