I found this problem with the clock face in the freeware Smaug by Flyndive.
I emptied my Community folder, and tested several different liveries, but the problem remained, so I contacted the developer to report it.
He answered back pretty quickly:
“You can edit the .dds file in Photoshop if you want, but that was intentional. It’s 5 o’clock somewhere. But please don’t drink and fly.”
