PS: This is not a complaint about it being outdated. I’m aware that they had to use the material they had on hand. The city is perfectly recognizable and very, very familiar to someone like me that spends a quarter of the year there for work.

Interesting because I thought it would be newer. This could mean two things, good & bad

  • Bad: I am afraid the other world updates will also have 2014-ish data
  • Good: They probably have way more photogrammetry data already because it doesn’t look like they will need to take new ones.

New York City is also 2014 which can be seen in Times Square.

Yes cause even the old olimpic stadium still there not the new one, but i dont get why they miss very important areas in north of tokyo and areas around haneda airport are default which is the areas where more users gonna see most oftimes when fly airliners , and in this update they broke the taxyway bridge in haneda that is use to acess to the runways
