Did you manage to create the logo ?
There are two possibilities adding the logo to the building.
You can either paint the logo onto the UV map of the building front site.
Or just add a polygon plane over the building wall and add the logo there with alpha channel and tranparency. Just like adding detailed livery painting on a plane.
