It’s set to whatever the FMC is set to. The default option which I have it set to is 325kts. But it doesn’t idle throttle to the decent speed. It says “hold” on the flight planel, which I assume is holding the throttles at the decent speed, which means it only allows for a decent speed of around 1000fps.
