Same here. I’m getting to like it. Looking to get a Realsimgear G1000 panel for my sim pit. Pretty intuitive system. And it will replace my Saitek Radio and Multi panels.
Yeah, I mean, I have avoided it because I am a stubborn, armchair bush pilot. I like going low and slow, hands on.
But that Savage Cub, and the 172… and well, all the modern GA aircraft that come with MSFS. It is time for a change.
So far, it makes a lot of sense, but it can be hard to operate with a mouse sometimes (I see why you may want to get a glass Garmin for your rig).
I might see about getting it working on my iPad.
I am certainly beginning to see why Garmins have caught on. It is pretty cool once you get to know it!
