Tbh on a well balanced system that shouldn’t happen. My monitor’s refresh rate is 60Hz yet even if I set 4k TAA I don’t see a stutter so long as I don’t drop below 15fps. Of course at such a low rate swinging your view about wildly will 100% cause stutters.
