I’m a little confused. My understanding is that turning vSync on in the sim does nothing if it’s not also enabled in the monitor. The purpose of vSync is so the monitor will refresh at whatever frequency the GPU is sending. If you are getting 47 fps, the monitor will lock to that rate. Otherwise, the monitor is simply refreshed at the frequency you set it to in the driver software.
You have to set a frame limit in the sim to cap your fps. I don’t know about the AMD driver, but with nVidia you can also set a cap in the driver.
