I definitely recommend the F-15. Its great fun. There’s a big update coming out for it tomorrow so maybe wait until tomorrow evening or Wednesday or you’ll need to download and install it all over again. The update sorts out an issue that causes big frame drops when in the cockpit view. That was by far the biggest issue for me.
It has a ton of potential in VR. Once VR is better optimised by Asobo and Nvidia the stuttering should hopefully get sorted out. I find the faster the aircraft the more the stuttering it totally immersion breaking and makes it all unflyable. The F-15 is the fastest plane I have so I can’t really enjoy it too much in VR sadly.
What I like about the F-15 is flying it on my regular display. It looks so cool. Its the sort of aircraft you want to enjoy from outside the cockpit sometimes anyway.
It doesn’t make sense to have an aeroplane in a flight simulator? Ok then…
