Here are my observations of things that dont appear to work properly:-
-
Aircraft controls are not functional if you are in a window that is not on the main screen.
(e.g. if you have moved ATC to another screen or replying to ATC the controls will not work until
you return to the main screen.) I think this is a bug.
-
it seems that simulator loses Aircrafts attitude if you leave PAUSE on for more than a few seconds.
( I have noticed that when returning from PAUSE after some time has passed i have lost control of
the planes orientation.)
-
The localiser and glide path indicators dont seem to function when on approach using the autopilot.
I reported the number 1 on zendesk earlier this month. This is the archive from the alpha/beta forum: https://forums.flightsimulator.com/t/when-a-window-is-undocked-and-used-keyboard-controls-are-not-forwarded-to-the-game-window/116772
Have a search on the forums for the others and if not, could you report on Zendesk also? They will need more information on how to replicate the issues.
The sim keeps running in pause and so if the trim is off or you bump the controls as soon as you come out of pause you will see the effect you won’t jump forward in time though.
If you need to walk away from the sim it’s much better to hit esc and the resume.
Thank you … I will use ESC next time
