I ended up buying a pre-built from MSI which included a i7-12700K w/liquid cooling, RTX 3070 Ti, 16GB of DDR5 memory and a 1TB SSD. Output is set for the monitor’s native 1440p. I’m running with the Ultra settings and very happy with the results. The only change I might have made is reduced some of the traffic settings to 50%. I say “might” because I think that’s the default on Ultra for some of those settings. I don’t think I need to upgrade to 32GB of memory (the pre-built only offered a 16GB choice) since I’m happy with how things are running.

Rtx3060 works and does its job.
