That’s what I’m doing, except I’m getting a 4090 and an Intel Core i9-13900KF (5.8GHz Turbo) 24-Core CPU. I do have to replace the motherboard as well because mine won’t work with this CPU but I don’t have to worry about the memory since I use DDR4 and the new motherboard is fine with it. I’m also replacing the C drive with a faster and larger capacity one and adding an extra 2TB internal SSD samsung. I already have an internal 8TB SSD drive and two more SSD 1TB each. If this new system, which was upgraded a couple of years ago already, doesn’t do what I expect, I will not waste anymore money on this. As usual, with my current system with an EVGA RTX 3090 Ti I can play anything I want with the best performance, but is never enough for the sim, specially if I want to fly from busy airports with payware jets and traffic, GSX…etc. We’ll see.
