I have an I7 4790K + 24GB Memory + GTX 1080 + 1440p + A320 FBW and I’m 90% in ultra settings. No stuttering and fps issues. VSync 30 fps (Must have!). It’s as smooth as silk! The excellent performance is not due to the RTX 3090 or 11900k only but thanks to the small distance radius of objects, trees and buildings.Which allows small pc to be super efficient.This is the reality of things.whether you are in ultra with a GTX 1080 or an RTX 3090 the landscape looks exactly the same The RTX unfortunately does not add more trees and buildings to the horizon It is just the number of fps that changes.
