Ia Traffic and atc cause ctd when ram is overloaded

I have made some test…I have read all the info that you wrote on ctd, file paging and all the procedures to avoid ctd…With my test i have noticed that the sim become more heavy after 45 min because the used ram increase but when i disable ia traffic there is a drop of ram used.this means that the sim is more stable and free to use ram for the game without crashing,This is at least for me…i have a I9 9900k 32 gb ram and i had a 2080ti and now i have a 3080ti…with the 2080 ti the game didn’t crash but arrived at 10 fps for example at london…now with the 3080ti but without traffic ai london is super smooth and the game crash after about 45 min if i overwhelm the ram in region with world update at ultra…But if i disable AI traffic i save 4 gb of ram and the game almost doesn’t crash…I think finally it’s a bug of resources allocated…I hope asobo balance well the amount of load of cpu gpu and ram to play smooth and without ctd…I think the atc and AI traffic is the problem

Yes, AI traffic causes RAM to fill up and impact FPS. AI traffic needs CPU to process the voices. This slows down the detail graphic files processing so MSFS puts them into memory until they can be processed. As you discovered, turning off AI traffic prevents memory filling up. If you need AI traffic, try setting the traffic slider lower or start with a low level like 10 so the CPU can keep up with the graphics and the AI traffic.
