If you could start your own airlines what would it look like? What would you fly? And what hub would you choose?
Mine would be Tail Wind Air our colors would be safety orange primarily and our tail would be safety purple we’d be low budget flying to small airports mainly I’d choose to hub out of raleigh nc (if the airport has an ILS approach system wed fly out of it)
My idea is go for aircraft that don’t depend on tons of staff and fill with max passenger so the aircraft for my fleet plus economic seats only
It would be called Top Holiday Charters and have the initials boldly painted in green across a white fuselage. The fleet would consist of t-props from C208’s to Saab 340s. The seat pitch in the Saabs would be spaced out for leg room, 20-25 passengers max, and decked out for luxury.
I’d do something offering short scheduled domestic flights out of KSAN. Any destination in, say, the western 1/4 of the continental United States would be fair game.
The livery would be something bold, eye-catching, immediately distinctive. Probably a solid bright color.
