Hello, I’m just wondering if there’s an Update on IFLY’s 737 Max coming to MSFS. It’s been over a year since they said it was going to be released on MSFS. But so far we haven’t heard anything from them since then. I’m wondering how everything is going and if we could get an update on its progress. Thanks

Hi Guys,
Sorry that we are quiet, that means that we are busy with development.
We are a very small team and have to manage time between these entertainment products and our other commercial industry work.
As we have mentioned before the MAX8/8200 is currently in development for MSFS.
This is not a “conversion” as mentioned above, P3D is fundamentally very different to MSFS and large portions have to be reworked.
We have nothing more to share with you at this point. When we get to a point that we can start showing of the aircraft and what we are doing we will do so, same as what we did with the Prepar3D version.

Do it right or don’t do it at all. My bets are on PMDG.

PMDG never had a 737 MAX and never will create one… Better not bet on this one 
The iFly 737 is very good and one of the best 737 out there, a pure treasure if this would release for FS2020.

Wrong they did create one but the problems with the Max they felt it was not right to release.
Ah I see. It´s the EFB among the 737´s almost ready to be released. Almost there.
So I guess we have to wait a little bit for this one.
But it is really good to hear that PMDG also tries to recreate a 737 MAX, I am curious which one is going to be better: the IFly or the PMDG.
Awesome two great developers trying to recreate a MAX, the battle of the titans, may the better MAX win.
This will be the biggest day for 737 fans when the iFly and PMDG MAX rolls out of the hangar. I am sure I will get both!

Thank you, appreciate you guys so much, I don’t know how much longer I can keep logging onto Xplane just to fly it ( The MAX).
PMDG have teased the MAX series as on the MSFS store (ingame) on the PMDG 737-800, If you scroll to the very bottom, you can see a 737 MAX 7
pmdg haven’t just teased but outright said the max is coming, both on their forum and in interviews, such as the bookmarked segment below:

PMDG is bringing MAX to msfs fleet, when we don’t know. They have recently released tablet for their 737 ng fleet however they are still tweaking and adjusting the tablet for optimum performance (in terms of accuracy with numbers…etc). They are also heavily focused on developing 777 for msfs and if you listen to some of the interviews with Rob from PMDG, their next priority after tablet is to get 777 out.
From my understanding, Max will appear after 777 releases.
Whenever that will be. They haven’t even released an image of the 777 yet. I’m betting that the iFly and PMDG MAXes will, sadly, be 2025 products.
Atleast we have Bluebirds 757 to look forward too, then their teased 767 potentially in the meantime? I’m sure other aircraft will also get released. I believe there is an a380 in the works, along with an a220?
Does anyone know if Ifly will release the max on Xbox as well
