Is this working on msfs2024 ? I read that official version is not out yet but maybe there is a workaround like other aircraft
Directly from their discord: (TLDR - No)
Where We Are as of December 31, 2024
We are aware that many of you are anxious about the status of development for MSFS 2024, Service Pack (SP) 1 for the MAX for MSFS 2020, the MAX8-200, etc.
As a matter of longstanding practice, we do not announce projected dates for release or updates to our software, but we wanted you to know in general terms where we are with these important matters.
First, MSFS2024. As you may have read elsewhere, this new sim is currently very problematic for developers of high fidelity addons. Some developers have stopped work until Microsoft/Asobo are able to get MSFS 2024 to a state in which they can successfully operate. As it stands now, it’s one step forward then one or two steps back when a MSFS 2024 update releases. We are working on a MAX compatibility update (not a MSFS 2024 native product). And of course there will be bug fixes in the MSFS 2024 version of the MAX8, so long as they are compatible with that sim. We are making progress; but it’s taking an inordinate amount of time and, frankly, it’s frustrating for us.
SP 1 for the MSFS 2020 MAX8 will include the compatible bug fixes from MSFS 2024, the 8-200 and cabin announcements. As we’ve said, SP1 will come after the compatibility update for MSFS 2024.
Beyond the information in this post there will be no further updates on the timing for MSFS 2024 compatibility, SP1, the 8-200, or any new features. We can assure you that work is ongoing for all of those projects, which does take time. When updates are ready, we will post in this channel.
We think there are good things to come for you in the future. Happy New Year!
