ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue:
When given a heading by ATC (heading and remain on course), the heading that is given is 180 degrees off from the heading that should be given.
For example, if my course is at 210, and I’m slightly left of course, I’ll be told to turn to a heading of 060 instead of 240.

- Pick up an IFR clearance in the air.
- ATC will give a heading and then say remain on course. This heading is 180 degrees from the heading that should be given to get back on course.
