ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue: cannot start IFR training or exam, freezes at start screen. Can plug in mouse and select start but then cannot use controller. Does not seem to register controller at all once it goes to start screen, still get screen annimation but nothing is selectable and unable to back out can only restart game. Tried resinstaling and starting in safe mode but issue persists. Alot of career requires IFR exam pass so is hindering progression.

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE
How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)? Every time I try to launch, must have tried over 20 times

2.select Instrument rating and any training mission or exam
3. Select ready
4. Game freezes at start screen
