I'm Considering a New Monitor for my Existing MSFS Machine

Eric, the article I found did outline that, but they went deeper explaining those ratios you mentioned as well. Well rounded enough I printed it out and read it once in a while to refresh what I think I know to what actually is! Realize larger is possibly problematic maybe space, but why not bigger screen size? You also work using it assumed, and that may be reason. One demo for big one showed various windows portioned across screen, as like 4-6 different smaller ones, each one for a work thing. I believe too large if space is not compatible might cause issues. For me. If I got 49, not sure I could see it clearly enough and might have to sit too close, which negates having the big one in the first place. The one now 32, I still have to either zoom in on the flight panels, or get up to it to see some of the number read outs on the screens. 1920X1080 and it’s clear when typing, etc. Just the panels in MSFS. Don’t have same issues in FSX, and it’s at `1920X1080 there. Resolution in MSFS is finer I think. Anyway we all leaned something which is good. Bigger is not always better, its one choice of many. Normally don’t need glasses to read or do PC stuff, do to drive for distance. I did try to up sample my current monitor, but it looked grainy, and just not clear. This one has game mode, but characters look splotchy when in that mode for normal typing screens. I have not used it in Game mode with MSFS, so don’t know how that would work. Normally I keep it in Eye Saver Mode at night.
