It’s not tall in height, wide and narrow, so what you gain from the width, you lose in the height dimension. The price continues to come down as well. And everything you said about resolution, etc., windows is right on the money. We did not even by 4k TV because our reception at 80 miles from broadcaster drops in and out (and almost no broadcasters doing 4K) why spend the money on it now. Technology seems to launch, and then everyone plays catch up trying to be “in the groove” with it. For TV I would opt for 240Hz, but only if I was a huge sports fan, or live action watcher, otherwise, it would come down to difference in price in exact same model then. I would also try to see my choice in person, comparing it to others in the same display in store, to see visually if I can spot difference. Buying sight unseen is taking a chance on it living up to the hype from another person, as I am one having to look at it all the time.
