Constantly getting these HANG UPS after SU7. That is not a CTD, a in sim hangup that never resets until the sim is manually shut down via the task manage “End Task”. Cause suspected to be again the hat switch… the hat moved right or forward and this causes the sim to “FREEZE”. Then on a restart, in the “normal mode” and all is fine. No issues.
Next day, same thing. use the HAT switch and “Presto FREEZO!”.
So it is like a corrupt controller driver or a function called but a null value encountered - and the sim is frozen. Such a pain. This is a PC, Windows 10 OS, RTX2070.
Have tested with a default/stock sim with the exact same result “Hangs” “Freeze”-Lockup on hat movement. This issue was not present prior to SU7. Again after extensive testing I know it is not caused by any add-ons but an issue with the default I’m sure Asobo must have identified the error by now so whatever the issue might be please FIX it asap.
