This is already listed as a “known issue” in the release notes for the current build. Solutions would be to either reset your career mode progress (only affecting beta progress, not live) or wait for the next build to resolve.
Clic on your username at the top of the starting screen and you’ll see carrer reset button in the next menu. I restarted Beta Career and everything is fine except that I restarted frome scratch…But it doesn’t matter
Career mode doesn’t seem to work. I click career from the main screen and it goes to the HQ but no menu ever pops up. I can see my avatar and it moves around so I the game hasn’t crashed. The cursor also still works. But pressing escape or any other key has no effect. I have to force quit the game to do anything else.

It’s a known issue - first thing mentioned in the 1.6.7.0 release notes. Only fix would be to reset your career mode and disable crewed aircraft to prevent passive income or wait for a future build that resolves this.
Are there any alternate means of disabling crewed aircraft since we can’t even access the menus? Resetting the career mode will send me back to the very beginning which means I won’t be able to test all of the different missions and aircraft. It would be nice to be able to reset to the beginning of the beta.
It seems this issue is related around people who buy the 747, Cause i had the issue when i brought the 747, but after restarting carrer, and buying everything but the 747 & airbuses, i had no issue, the next day ( AI Enabled )

ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue:
I have a problem loading the career environment in the Beta 4 version of MSFS24. I can enter the environment, but no missions or other windows are visible. See attached image. I also can’t return to the main screen and have to close the program using ALT - F4.
Go to your profile in the Main Menu and reset your career. This will put you back into the beta career state, i.e. 1,000,000 credits and all certs unlocked. No effect on your live career progress. Do not set any planes to “crew” in career mode.
