In external view, why does my IAS show up as a radial dial instead of the vertical bar format?

For my DA40 NG, the indicated airspeed indicator is a radial dial format (and the numbers are buggy and out of place post SU5). I would prefer the vertical bar format that I had previously.

Does anyone know how to change this? Thanks!
