Ive actually created a GPt for this. I gave it a list with all my scenery and aircraft addons and it generates missions for me utalizing them. Fun part is that I designed it to use real world news events of that day, checking several news sites, so it will for instance create a mission for me, flying a diplomatic delegation to a real world hotspot, or use a chopper to transport artists or sportspeople.
Its.a fun way of having a living world in-sim. It even generates a feel of how passengers would likely behave during the flight.
