Hi simmers! I have a problem with in game vsync option. First of all i have a 144hz screen and i want to cap my fps to 33% of screen refresh rate (48 fps). When i select this option it locks my fps to 30! When i select 50%, again it locks my fps to 60s and 100% gives 144 fps solid. This is weird because 33% should give me some sweet 48 fps instead of 30fps.
If i turn off hybrid mode on my laptop and use always rtx 2060 (aka mux switch) all the vsync options works like a charm! Any help? Thanks. 
Set your monitor to 120 in windows settings.
Thanks for your reply but no option to set any hz other than 144 in windows settings.
How about the monitor menu?
Nvidia Control Panel > 3d settings > manage 3d settings > program settings tab
Select microsoft fligh simulator profile
Under " Select the preferred graphics processor for this program"
select High-performance NVIDIA processor

I had similar thing in mind, that here the default not use the 2060. But I had also another issue in case with a second monitor in mind, then related to an intel on-chips gpu and on which screen the app is started… ( not sure wheter @Psmstnbl meant the build-in screen, or second one ).
For the moment I found only these post, but its not exactly what I remember, but at least similar:
