I’m just delving into this new EFB and I’m curious if anyone has had the “Find Route” button work for them.
I’m still at the World Map (is that what we still call it?) and I’ve opened the EFB there.
I set my origin to KPRB and my destination to KTVL. I see it has automatically selected an approach for me, but when I click “Find Route” it doesn’t autogenerate a flight path with waypoints, as I would have expected it to.
Anyhow, anyone have any experiences here they can share?
Well, it doesn’t seem to like me.
I changed the departure to BRALY 1, and when I then clicked Find Route the entire sim froze and CTD.
Oopsie. Not ready for primetime???
I also struggling with this EFB flightplanning. I`m not able to select a SID or STAR and the “Find Route” function also do nothing. Seems the sim had no SID,STARs, Waypoints.
When i setup a FP at the website all looks good but when i import it to the EFB, i only get the Origin and Dest. with runways.
EFB is a mess. I keep trying to get the route between Ottawa and Montreal and it sends me via West Africa?
Hate the fact flight plans don’t load into the aircraft if I just want to do a quick flight instead of manually entering in the FMS.
This is on the Xbox series X.
the entire new efb is malfunctioning for me…no sids stars no waypoints and no procedures only straight l or right turn
seems to only work for me if the departure is heading the way of your arrival airport, I find I just keep changing the departure till it works I also deleted the arrival
I found out that if you select the Sids and Stars first, then the FIND ROUTE button works.
I hope it solves the problem.
