In VR without any Headsets and Can't get back to 2d

Brief description of the issue:
I do not use any VR Headsets, but when I downloaaded Update 7, Any flights are now in VR, using my desktop camera, apparently. Weird. Almost impossible to fly and set any controls. I didn’t set VR in General Options. I cannot turn off VR

I have a Dell Alienware 10th generation I7 8 core with 32Gig of memory, Nvidia GEForce RTX 2070 Super 8Gig RAM, Windows 11 Home, Most recent Build 22000, 2 tb storage

The keyboard shortcut to switch in and out of VR is control-tab.

Thanks Mayhem, but I tried that and it doesn’t switch back, as others have noted. Any other ideas I should try?
