Incorporate FSSimRate Bandit functionality

There’s probably a thread here on how FS2020 needs to tell us the current sim rate. I believe FSSimRate bandit does it very well because it uses text-to-speech to verbally notify me of the current sim rate. I suggest that FS2020 incorporate this functionality. It should show the sim rate in two ways:

  1. temporarily flash a sim rate number on the screen
  2. verbally say the sim rate

There should be an option to control which of these methods is used.

But the current thing where it displays nothing is lunacy. What the heck were they thinking?

FS SimRate Bandit has not worked since about SU9, and while it is still up on Flightsim.to, the author seems non-responsive to any questions about its failure to operated with later SU versions.

Abandonware ?

Strange – seems to be working now - maybe one of the Sim Updates allowed it to start working again.
