When I made the decision to purchase the program, I was uncertain as to how well my computer would handle it. Therefore I made the decision to purchase the middle of the three options. Now that I know it is working fine, while I do not miss the additional airports in the biggest package, I would be interested in picking up some of the additional aircraft.
Particularly, I would want the Cirrus and the Virus as my interest is general aviation. However, the current option to upgrade to the entire full package at a significant cost is simply not feasible for my budget or sensible to my economic reasoning.
As we move ahead with this simulator, I would like to see the option of purchasing individual aircraft from a larger package at a price point which is also incremental in nature.
I’m sure I’m not the only person who would find this an appealing proposition.
I did not know that. Are you suggesting that people now do a search before ever posting here? That might decrease involvement by the community. Hard to know as this grows.
Yes there are quite a few topics that come up time and time again really quite regularly. One of those being how expensive the upgrades from edition compared to the Price difference between the original packages. Quite often this will be coupled with people saying they only really want a couple of the additional aircraft.
With regards to searching prior to posting, really not quite that extreme, but for things that appear to be bugs etc. it is good practise to quickly check the Known Issues or FAQ via the Zendesk, both are linked at the top of the forum.
For subjects like this I’m suggesting to at least have a quick cursory look through some of the forum sections to see if there existing topics that either answer the query or would be a suitable place to add to.
The benefit of doing this is that you often end up reading other information that ends up being useful to know.
