IndiaFoxtEcho F35 Lightning

Interesting, I will try it. Did you uninstall first or just install “over the top”?

Just install on-top of the existing one. It will overwrite or repair.

I saw a documentary not too long ago talking about incorporating a system in the F-15 so that the F-15’s can have a radar that determines the difference between friend or foe. I can’t remember the specifics but they talked about how the newer jets(like F-22/F-35s) have a radar system that can detect the good guy planes vs the bad guy planes and the older jets didn’t have that capability.

Do you know what I’m referring to?

ive been out of the Navy for 35yrs, so im a little out of touch. i was a an/tpx 42 tech. DAIR/IFF radar has been around for decades. back then, if you didnt display the proper code, your a bad guy!

Yes as already stated I believe you are referring to IFF (Identification Friend or Foe), its kind of like military version of ATC transponder I believe.

My throttles are not working as well…I already went to the options and did the throttle rebind. Did not help at all. Not responding in the F35. Please help

Hello everyone,

Is the f35-c less powerful than A and B ?
I can’t get it to 1.5 Mach like, and it’s very difficult for him to just pass 1.05 at 30.000feet in cruise.

Already mentioned a number of times in this thread, but if you haven’t done it yet, map your throttle to Throttle 1 instead of Throttle in the sim.

The C is longer, heavier, has a wider wingspan, 43 ft. vs 35 ft., and carries more fuel internally than the other two variants. The horizontal stabilizers have more area. It has a hook and a reinforced undercarriage, but no internal gun. Its combat radius is slightly further than the A. So not less powerful, but more airplane to push through the atmosphere. Is you mach IAS or TAS?

It’s bigger, heavier, and has larger wings. It’s made for carrier landings hence the tradeoff for stability over speed. I believe it also has heavier landing gear.

I just went ahead and mapped all 4 the same. I only fly jets and the Boeing planes. Works fine for me.

CTD in 5 min after this. It’s the plane. There’s plenty of stuff to fly until it’s fixed.

Hello, the CTD has nothing to do with the Realtek drivers. I also uninstalled it and still it crashes

If you remove the Realtek drivers, make sure to double check from your Device Manager that the Realtek drivers are not mentioned there. There is an issue where people uninstall the drivers, but are somehow still using them after they restart their machine.

hey glowtape do you have still CTD?

I am not sure if I did what you recommended but I changed the throttle axis from the first column(left) to the right column. I had to do that for the Eurofighter’s airbrake but I don’t think this was what I was supposed to do for the F-35 as the throttle is STILL not working.

Can you or someone walk me through exactly what/how to change this so this plane can fly?

CTD completely disappeared after doing what you suggested, CamoVecmin. I am already more than 1.30h of use without problems. Before I didn’t go beyond 10 minutes. I hope I have solved it, thanks for the tip.

Two of the files are the same. How did you install all three?

got it only in german. You need to config so
