Love this jet especially the B variant but I really hope that IndiaFoxtEcho updates the sound though especially for multiplayer
f 35b is not holding altitude above 19000 ft is a problem does anyone else have the same issue as me ? The other models are fine
Came here to post the same thing. Set altitude for anything above 19k and it completely shuts off, only auto throttle stays on.

Sorry guys for not adding towards the discussion, but I have to ask. Did they change the keybinds for VTOL and Hover in last 2 updates? They were bound to “TOGGLE WING LIGHTS” and “TOGGLE AUTOPILOT HEADING HOLD”, but neither works now.

I use Xbox Elite Series 2 Controller and For VTOL hover mode in F-35, I go to CONTROLS OPTION and map AILERON RIGHT and AILERON LEFT to my controller’s paddles or buttons.
An update was released this afternoon(central time USA) on SimMarket. The change log is on their Discord. I haven’t flown the update yet. Hopefully it’s an improvement.
Update looking good, FBW works great now, new Afterburner effect is nice. Only thing : i cannot toggle the helmet display seperatly.
Does it have a better AoA?

F-35 PROJECT UPDATE
We have been working the whole weekend for the F-35 post XBox-launch support and product improvements, and we’d like you to thank you once again for your support and your feedback.
We are sending version 1.10.0 to our distributors as we write. This version fixes a number of small things (hopefully) but the bug changes are as follows:
NEW FLIGHT MODEL - with version 1.10.0 we are launching a flight model which implements FCS through the fly-by-wire implementation of Asobo. During the past few months we have tested different flight models, and we believe this is the best compromise for the scope of the project. It is FAR from being perfect, but it should allow a much better maneuverability including post-stall and high AoA controllability. The main defects, in our opinion, are as follows:
- F-35 carrier landing speed is now lower than it should be (around 127-129 kts as opposed to 135-137 it should be in reality)
- G-limiters tend to be a little aggressive on -B and -C model, while on the -A it is possible to overshoot the maximum limit
- stall warning still shows at 15 deg AoA (although the plane will remain maneuverable beyond that point).
AIR-TO-AIR AWARENESS (PC ONLY) - The TSD now shows the location of AI aircraft (both in flight and on the ground). This is a draft implementation and will work ONLY with AI aircraft for the moment. This uses a WASM module, so for the time being it will be a PC-only feature.
OFF-BORESIGHT HMD SYMBOLOGY - Draft implementation similar to the one of the Super Hornet is SU10. While it would have been possible to make it compatible with SU9, we preferred to used the “Camera Ray Node Collision” method (which seems more robust) so it will work only with SU10. Note that there is an identified bug in the simulator so that AZ/EL angles are not reported correctly in VR (Microsoft is aware of this).
The update is expected to go live on the Marketplace in 5-10 days, while it should be available shortly from the other vendors.

Any chance you can look at ground steering during regular take off and landing.
