Hi
I just found the answer thanks to the FlyByWire team as there was the same bug on their A320.
The pressure gauge is only connected to the Yellow system which is mainly used for the parking brake. The brake pedals are connected to the Green one, so it’s normal that there is no pressure indication, when you applies the brakes.
Here I found a video about the A320, but it’s maybe the same for most of the A3XX family.
If I correctly understand it, you will only have and indication in case of an alternate working system (green system out). I just tested it, and as you deactivate the Antiskid, you will have the gauges going up when pressing the brake, which is correct if I believe this video.
