Thanks for the awesome tips. I have both issues working now…Turns out
1.Signed out of MSFS
2.Signed out of Microsoft Store
3.Somehow I was not signed into XBox app…I think that was the key
4. Restarted Computer
5. Back into all three
6.Wala. Everything works again
