my old PC got too weak and I bought a new one(hasnt been put together yet).
Now I want to Install it on the new PC, but I don`t know how to do it because I have the disc version.
Can anyone help?

Sorry for the question, but is it possible to just uninstall it from my Old PC and use my CDs to install it on the new one? Because by the MS store only the normal verison is detected, but I have premium deluxe.
