• After some retries, trying to cancel all downloads and restarting the simulator I am left with about 47 downloads that are stuck: Nothing is downloading, I can’t cancel them or force them to continue.

• Yes, The failing package is inconsistent. Some that fail are gigabytes, others are just kilobytes.
Provide extra information to complete the original description of the issue:
• Cancel the package, re-download, re-install fails randomly. Inconsistent. Took 7 tries to install the complete base package yesterday 6/5/2025. Finally did it.
Stay stuck at 97 or 98 percent - UI does nothing after that - have to hard close MSFS and restart.
Impacts any module and doesn’t seem related to size or number of files, but because it’s random it’s hard to tell.
If relevant, provide additional screenshots/video:
• Same as OP, different mlist of modules though.
For the most part, this happens to me with some of the animal packages. I deleted *-temp and .fscontent* from the Official2024\OneStore folder and repeatedly tried again. This left me with only “ANIMLAS - GAZELLE” hanging during install.
Finally, I uninstalled the Gazelle, downloaded it again and the install worked flawlessly.
It seems that there may just be something problematic with the update process: Locked files maybe?
