I’m running that version too
Now it’s telling me I don’t have enough disk space even though I have over 245gb free. Also bugged in that it says I need to download “16EiB”
Hi, how to fix issue with installation via Microsoft Store? When I press install button it asks me to choose drive and then window disappears and install button reactivates.
I’ve done this over and over and over again. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t. But I’m literally having to sit here and babysit the installer over every single file, then close and restart the game, wait through the FIVE UNSKIPPABLE INTRO MOVIES, then hope it doesn’t get stuck at the TBM screen with the blue bar that never fills in… and if I get past all that then I can get it to MAYBE start downloading again, or maybe it just gets stuck on trying the same file over and over and over again… Even when it does download it’s super super slow and I have a 150MB connection. Please tell me you guys aren’t completely unaware of this? I have uninstalled/reinstalled/rebooted and tried every other trick I can find here and on Zendesk and nearly 24 hours later I’m still like 5GB into the download. This is SO frustrating and we aren’t being told anything about a possible official fix

We cant even install it sadly to run any updates! Syntax error.
that’s my biggest frustration is no communication from any official about why this is not working. If I need to wait a few days, so be it but someone needs to step up and explain what’s going on so I don’t just sit here reinstalling over and over thinking it’s gonna suddenly start downloading

i have a Problem to start the game.
The blue loading bar stuck at about 40% (after checking for updates)
can anybody help me please?
I’m stucking at this screen
I tried the following things already:
- Restart the Computer many times
- Run in Administrator mode
- Run from the Store and directly from the computer
- Delete everything and download / install everything again
- Disconnected almost every USB Device
- My Windows is Version 2004
- GeForce Drivers are up to date

Please try the following steps:
- Open your start menu
- Open settings
- Click on Gaming (Has the Xbox logo)
- On the left menu, click on ‘Xbox Networking’
- If you see any type of error such as ‘Teredo is unable to qualify’ click on the Fix It button
- Click Check Again
You may need to repeat steps 5 and 6 a few times, once the error goes away, close MSFS and relaunch it.

I have 50mbps of bandwidth, but my download seems to be sticking very harshly to 5mbps. Why wouldn’t it use all its bandwidth? 12 hours and all it’s installed is 22 GiB. The download will take days.
@Milbogram @UncleJack4204 - The best advice I can give you both at the moment is to file support tickets, explain your issues with as much detail as possible and include any steps you have tried to resolve your issue. Hopefully, support will be able to give you better answers than I have thus far, and they can pass on information to the developers who are working on fixes.
Look to see if you have any crash reports or other errors in the Event Log. Send these along with your support ticket if applicable.

Hi, I just got the game but my t flight hotas x is not working with it. Anyone know how to fix this?
Still doing the same thing. It starts trying to download the file, gets some percentage through it, then flickers the text “Please wait…” a bunch of times, then starts downloading it again from 0%.

Hi, I have the game through game pass. It has fully downloaded and working fine (ish). I decided to buy the ‘Landmarks London City Pack’ and did so successfully. I now go to install it but it keeps giving me a package failed message and is not installing… does anybody know why?

Tried this. Teredo message came up as noted. Fixed the issue. Update still hanging (not even starting) at last 3.68G (GiB?)
This has been by far the worst launch of a game I’ve ever experienced.
