Good evening, I haven’t been able to install flight simulator for 3 days.
Despite having a 145 mb fiber optic connection, the problem occurs when it downloads it, the connection goes up and down, when it goes down it continues to re-download the file and never reaches 100%. I tried to make all attempts, clean install and enter the command prompt, following all your procedures, but nothing.
This had never happened to me with the previous updates. Help me Thanks.
Most people have had good success using a VPN connection.
I had a download speed of 2mbit and it went to 70mbit using a VPN connection to the UK from South Africa.

Go to Support (top of screen), log in, and log a request. Make sure that you also raise the same information here as a separate bug. It may work better for you as with additional information, you may jog someone else’s memory, and eventually, the official team should get around to your problem.
