Brief description of the issue:
- When installing the update or the simulator from scratch the installer crashes when installing the file named fs-base-0.1.206.fspatch.001 and won’t open again. The admin permission thing pops up twice and is followed by an error message saying: “It’s not possible to open this app”.

Since Sim Update seven until now.
I have tried quite a few things such as a clean reinstall, formating my pc, deleting the community folder content and all that has been suggested on a similar topic to this, nothing seems to work. I have followed the basic installation issue checklist that is shared around here and it didn’t seem to work either. Any help?
Forgot to mention, deleting the partially downloaded file wont fix the issue, it’s necessary to reinstall the installer to make it open again, even though that’s useless as the issue will happen again. Redefining the app didn’t work either.
