Installing Boeing 737-800 PMDG

Good day all

I urgently need help. i have recently bought the Boeing 737-800 PMDG plane. a couple of days ago it started giving issues on its Hydraulics where i would not be able to use the rudders at al. I then deleted the plane and wanted to re-install it. now it does not want to download. with this i am starting to get very upset because as you all know we pay a lot of money for this plane and now its just not downloading

Hi, SpryCello432467 the only thing you can do is contact PMDG directly.

If you’re trying to download it from the Marketplace, there have been some issues the past couple of days with the servers. It mostly seems to be resolved at this point, so you should try again.

As far as hydraulics issues with the plane, ensure you have all your failures and servicing switched off while you are becoming familiar with the plane.

Simply make a ticket at our support system and we’ll assist with that. Right here nobody can do anything for you as you need access to the servers.

Hi DBCooper8675 thank you for your reply. i could download the plane yesterday but the hydraulics are still the same. i will check the failure settings today I have not thought of that yet. Thank you very much i am sure this might solve the problem

all sorted now i could download the plane was probably a server issue thanks

do you have contact details for PMDG because i have checked and changed the damaged settings with no luck the problem persists

unfortunately that was not the fix it is still not working

Yes please make a ticket with us, because normally these things are not hard to solve.

It was sorted i had to replace hyd oil on the fmc thank you all for your assistance
