Instruments Updating Slowly In External View for Conventional Cockpit Planes

Hi Guys,

So I’m running into a weird bug where when I’m in the external camera, for planes with analog gauges (e.g. non G1000 C172, Zlin Cub) some of the instruments in the HUD have super low refresh rates. So things like my air speed gauge, altimeter, engine RPM, climb gauge etc. are updating probably less than 20 times per second and hence they seem to be super jerky. FPS otherwise is fine; scenery and control surfaces, and interestingly, the heading gauge is updating as it should be. But the other gauges on the HUD are skipping. In cockpit view there is no issue. Additionally, the gauges in the HUD work fine for planes with glass cockpits.

Anyone have any ideas? Is this a known bug? I googled it but didn’t see anything come up. Thanks for your time!

Cheers,

I have also been seeing slow gauges in the external view lately. Will do some more testing to see if it is limited to certain aircraft.

I’m seeing the same thing and came here to search for info on this. Your description is exactly what I’m seeing.

I saw it with the Shock Ultra. Tried the DA62, same thing.

At the time, I had Little Nav Map running on 2nd monitor. Closed that, tried again, no change. Then I emptied my Community Folder and tried again, same thing. No change.
