There is a pilot (a real pilot who flies 747’s, IRL), who has a YouTube channel, “74 gear”, (which I highly recommend), where he regularly debunks a lot of that stuff.
When you look at a lot of that stuff in the cold light of reason (and aviation fact), it’s 99% exaggeration and trolling for clicks.
However!
A lot of them look interesting.
He does a series called “Viral Debrief” where he takes various things that are forwarded to him and critiques them online.
There’s one airport somewhere, (Mediterranean? Caribbean?), that has a relatively steep downward slope, ending in a beach. There are a lot of videos showing people “getting their planes washed”
Especially if the pilot doesn’t take the downward slope into account, lands long, and then slams on the brakes last minute.
That airport would be a real challenge!
