Today I received these in my notifications. Any speculation what that could mean?

They are still there. If I click on them I get “Oops! That page doesn’t exist or is private.”
I used to get these “completed” things when they actually announced that stuff was completed in a next update. So wondered if something is up shortly.
No, they never said that DX12 would come with the Series X launch. They said it would get released when MSFS would release for the Series X. 2 entirely different things. Who knows, might be months before the game releases on XBox.
Just for fairness sake, they said it different. They said that DX12 release date will be announced with the release of the Xbox
Clearly they mean the launch of the game for series X, not the launch of the console itself. Why would implementing DX12 have anything to do with a console launch?
Well, there is also not much to do with the sim release for the console. It’s just their internal milestone that they decided to tie to the console launch. Ride on the hype wave you know 
Probably just the french/english language barrier. I just use common sense to interpret what is written, instead of taking it word for word.
