I have a similar problem. Try this:
Control panel, device manager, usb devices, power management. Uncheck “Allow the computer to turn off device to save power”
Need to disable the power management at all levels … Controllers, Hubs, Root Hubs…
POWER MANAGEMENT … Windows is putting the devices to sleep… So after you start it runs and sees the devices… eventually they go to sleep when there is no interaction with them for a while… Windows updates likes to turn power management back on…
