I just bought a WiFi dongle for my gaming PC that runs my MSFS.

Up until now, I was connecting this PC using a WiFi dongle and data plan which was both slow and costly.

Now, with my gaming PC having WiFi, I have instead tethered it to my mobile phone’s ‘Hotspot’ with great success. Better speed, reliability etc.

The issue now is, MSFS is not recognizing the new IP Address and is giving me all kinds of connection issues and it no longer checks for updates on loading, I can’t purchase from the marketplace as it no longer recognizes my details etc.

What can I do please ?

Do other apps work & web pages display properly or is this just an issue with MSFS?
