So basically I have a £600 console/sim that’s for now useless? Can I not uninstall everything and format the Xbox? Delete and resurrect my account?
Had I known this would happen I wouldn’t have attempted it. That said, surely you can’t foresee a persistent problem like this? I felt I was doing the right thing as I assumed a file had become corrupted.
I didn’t understand what anyone was really saying and so looked at a troubleshooting guide that said to uninstall WUs and DLC add-ons.
The lesson is not to buy stuff I’ve no idea about, I think. This is turning into a nightmare…
