Good find and much appreciation for the OP, but not sure it is Class B relaxed only, as there are too many areas reported where the issue occurs without class B airspaces nearby, e.g. centre of Sardine or middle over Italy.
So staying away from the class B boundaries does not guarantee an issue free flight.
