Invert Look Camera on the Ornithopter?

Unless I’ve missed something, it looks like having an inverted Y axis for your cameras on controller does not affect the Dune expansion. This is a major inconvenience and I really hope I just overlooked the option somewhere.

Even stranger, the X axis is inverted when I have that set as normal in my game.

Hi @Liberance,
I have moved your topic to the User Support Hub Aircraft & Systems forum since more support orientated. If the community confirm it is a bug, then you could create a bug topic (using the corresponding template) in the Bug Reporting Hub Aircraft & Systems section.

One thing you could try: in your control settings, unbind the Y axis mapping for your cameras and assign it again.

@DementedCorn327 Tried this but since the addition of new aircraft to the base game like gliders and such, new aircraft-specific control schemes seem to have been added too (I confess I never even looked at this since I set up my preferred shortcuts and configuration ages ago, so it was news to me).

The ornithopter has its own scheme as well, named after it, and from what I could see the cameras were marked as inverted even though they’re not. When you try to touch any of this though, a pop up asks you to name the new configuration and what you end up doing is just creating an entirely new scheme that seems to have no effect instead of changing the existing one. It’s all kind of confusing and I’m not even sure I’m really understanding what’s going on. Like I said, last time I went into those menus to set up my preferred binds there was no issue whatsoever and it was fairly clear what I was doing.

As a side note, I will say that Asobo does have a history with a lack of inverted camera options or missing inverted camera in add-ons despite it being featured in the main game with the A Plague Tale games (option present in the main game, but missing in Photo Mode)… so maybe it isn’t just me.
