Was landing after a 1 hour flight at KSDF and followed the taxi ribbon down a perpendicular runway 11 when about middleways eastbound I slammed into a massive invisible pothole flipping my plane forward upside down before I could make it to parking.
Did you try shutting down as normal? You’re still in for a chance at having it marked down as a complete flight. I’ve ended up on my back to after a similar situation, sill logged as successful landing 
actually nothing has been logged. I’ve probably done well over 100 flights now and only one is in the book, I don’t know what the problem is.
Had this happen to me at San Francisco runway. Hit the y on keyboard to get to slew mode and then complete after plane get up on wheels again happy flying
